We ship all orders to the address specified at checkout as the "delivery address". Please use the real shipping address. The EKB-PLAST team is not responsible for the loss of the parcel due to inaccuracies in the "delivery address". The money paid for undelivered parcels returned to the EKB-PLAST team will be refunded to the customer with a deduction of the shipping cost.
International transportation can take 30 days (usually 1-2 weeks) or more, and in some countries, such as Australia and New Zealand, it takes about 60 days to reach your destination. The delivery time is estimated and cannot be guaranteed, it does not depend on us.
Any fees, tariffs and/or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the client. Please review your country's customs and tariff policy before placing an order.
Items that are not currently in stock will be shipped as soon as they become available. The production period may take 1-2 weeks. The exact production period will be obtained from the sales manager. Availability updates will be sent to the customer by e-mail if possible. Some items may remain on hold longer than originally indicated. Return orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped.
The EKB-PLAST team carefully packs all the goods to prevent damage during transportation (packaging). We can send some sets in several packages (2 or 3). We will provide tracking numbers for each package. You will receive them after sending your order.
Sometimes damage can still occur during transportation. Please check your package directly before accepting delivery. Evidence of damage and/or breakage of packaging or goods must be immediately reported to the EKB-PLAST team and the carrier. If damage is detected, refuse the parcel and "return to the sender".
If the damage to the goods is detected after receiving the parcel from the delivery company, and it is clear that the goods were damaged in transit (due to pressing, impact, puncture or other force), the EKB-PLAST team does not bear any responsibility for this and does not compensate for any losses incurred during this transaction, as well as the costs of the goods and delivery.
If you have received an incorrect product, contact the EKB-PLAST team within 5 working days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid return authorization (information about the conditions of cancellation/return of the product). A replacement will be sent as soon as the wrong item is received and confirmed by the EKB-PLAST team.
